Vegas VIP Paradise may offer souvenirs, curated kits, hotel delivery, local delivery, and coordination assistance for transportation, dining, nightlife, shows, tours, celebrations, and other Las Vegas requests.

Customer Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be legally able to enter into the transaction and comply with applicable laws, venue requirements, age restrictions, identification requirements, dress codes, hotel rules, and provider terms. You may not use the website or services fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that interferes with security or the rights of others.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, hotel, guest, delivery, billing, group, and service information. Vegas VIP Paradise may decline, delay, or cancel a request when information is incomplete or inaccurate, fulfillment is unavailable, a hotel or venue restricts access, a provider does not confirm, or the request cannot be lawfully or safely completed.

Products, Availability, and Substitutions

Products, kit contents, images, descriptions, and availability may change. A reasonable substitution will be made only when permitted by the product description, written quote, or customer approval. Displayed colors and packaging may vary.

Prices and Payment

Applicable product prices, shipping or delivery charges, coordination fees, taxes, deposits, and third-party provider charges are displayed at checkout or disclosed in the written quote before confirmation. Payment may be required before purchasing, preparation, fulfillment, delivery, coordination, or provider confirmation begins.

Hotel Delivery

Hotel delivery is subject to product availability, operating capacity, traffic, hotel policies, security procedures, customer availability, and accurate customer information. Delivery may occur at an approved lobby, valet, bell desk, front desk, security desk, or pickup point. Direct room delivery and a precise arrival time are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Coordination Services and Independent Providers

Vegas VIP Paradise may coordinate requests involving independent transportation companies, venues, restaurants, nightlife operators, tour providers, show operators, photographers, and other third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Vegas VIP Paradise acts as a coordinator and is not the direct operator of those third-party services.

Third-party availability, acceptance, schedules, admission, performance, pricing, deposits, cancellation terms, age requirements, dress codes, and safety rules are controlled by the provider. A request is not confirmed until all required payments are received and Vegas VIP Paradise or the provider issues confirmation.

Coordination Fees and Deposits

A coordination fee compensates Vegas VIP Paradise for research, communication, recommendations, quoting, scheduling, booking assistance, and related work. It becomes non-refundable once that work begins. Provider deposits and payments are governed by the provider's disclosed terms.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the product or service, timing, preparation status, delivery attempt, coordination work completed, recoverable costs, and provider terms. Review the Refund Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Website Accuracy

We work to keep website information accurate, but product details, service descriptions, schedules, availability, links, and third-party information may change. We may correct errors, update content, or discontinue an offering. Nothing on the website guarantees third-party availability or acceptance.
